- Product Training Covers various campaign Trainings, Concept Training, Campaign Features and the determined Targets.
- Technical Training Includes Scripting, Documentation, Use of the Dialer and related features
- Inter office Communication - Feedback from authorities Behavior use of IOC terminology
- On Floor Training Includes Virtual and Realistic training with the various professionals and acquainted with Dialer and its features.
Selection Process
- The selection process for the Core staff includes the fresh talents and the Experienced are strictly ensured that each and every individual(s) are selected after performing at different skills level test.
- First round of selection, which is the screening
- Second round Questionnaire and Personal Interview.
- Short-listed Individual(s) are set for analytical skills and listening skills.
